I take great pride in the jewelry I make and I believe you will
be very happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied,
you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping).

ORDERING
INFORMATION
As each piece of jewelry is hand made, please allow me 7 –
10 days to create your special piece(s).
To order
jewelry select the item, options, quantity, enter your name, email
address and phone number with area code and click Submit Order.
Your order will be submitted to Bharani Jewelry and you will be
contacted by phone for payment method (credit card, check or money
order).
While
each piece of jewelry is hand made, certain custom orders will require
a $35 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the price
of your piece.

AND HANDLING INFORMATION
All standard orders are insured and shipped through the US Postal
Service. All orders are shipped within 7 - 10 days of purchase with
the exception of certain custom orders which may require additional
time.

RETURN
& EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have
14 days from date of delivery to return your jewelry for a 100%
refund. Shipping as well as any deposit made for certain custom
orders is not refundable.
Returns
1. If you decide to return/exchange an item for any reason at all,
simply enclose item for return in the original packaging, and include
a copy of your original invoice.
2. Ship the package insured to my return
address using the shipping method of your choice. Upon inspection
of the merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund, less shipping
and/or any deposit made for certain custom orders. Once the refund
is processed, you will receive email notification (please be sure
to include your email address). Please allow 14 business days to
receive your refund.
PLEASE
NOTE: Specially ordered merchandise is non-refundable. This includes
shortened or lengthened bracelets, necklace and chains.
Exchanges:
Please include the new item number you would like to exchange for
on your invoice and follow the same instructions as a return. Returned
merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition.
Items
returned after 14 days are not entitled to refunds.
